– 80 Euros per night for a minimum stay of 3 nights

– 500 Euros for 1 week (7 nights); after one week each additional night costs 70 Euros

The reservation will be confirmed once 50% of the rent is credited to the account. The remaining balance must be received on our bank account at least 2 days prior to arrival or paid in cash after check-in. For rentals exceeding 14 days, only rent for the first 14 days must initially be deposited; the remaining rent is then payable via bank transfer, Paypal or cash.
